Most Controversial Filipino Religious Leaders of All Time

If  Germany has Martin Luther who started Protestanism and the United States has Charles Russel, founder of Jehova's Witnessess who declared that the human soul is not immortal and the concept of hell is not true. Besides, the US also has Joseph Smith, founder of the Church of Jesus Christ and the Latter Day Saints who represented to the world that there is another bible aside from the Old and the New Testament and that is the Book of Mormon. Of course, here in the Philippines, there are also controversial religious leaders who influenced many people through their doctrines and leadership. Here is a brief list based on my knowledge about them.

So, she can’t do that and beside that Manny was already a changed man. He became a born again Christian and an evangelist. So, he is not tolerating his mom to have an affair to his young boyfriend, although he also wants her mom to be happy.

According to the actor, the network has a different plan for his career. It is not based to the path that he wants to move on. Aside from this, the actor didn’t talk about his next plan to his career. Is he have a plan to switch to the other network? SONA 2014: The Citizens Report

Credited to interaksyon.com P-Noy has already made his State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 28, 2014. In his speech, he elaborated some of his achievement of his administration. He was very proud when he said that the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) helped to boost our economy. One of the examples is he when he seeded the fund with the Central Bank of the Philippines to strengthen our peso currency. He also gave funds with TESDA and because of this action thousands of scholars gained benefits.   But now, the Supreme Court declared that DAP is illegal. They have a plan to ask supplemental budget to the Congress to continue all the projects they started under DAP.

             If you think that the Smart Araneta Coliseum and the Mall of Asia Arena are the biggest arena in the Philippines, you’re wrong. They already have beaten up by the Philippine Arena, which is already recognized by the Guiness Book of World of Records as the biggest indoor arena, not only in the Philippines but to the whole world. It is owned of the religious group Iglesia ni Cristo. Ka Erdie Manalo, the church leader thought that why they don’t make an arena where their members could use it for the church activities? And at the same time, they will open it for other group activities as long as they comply with the religious belief of Iglesia ni Cristo.

Who Are the Real Beneficiaries of DAP?

              The Disbursement Acceleration Program is illegal according to the Supreme Court. But the Aquino Administration is still defending it. The President is appealing to the high court to declare it as legal. P-Noy said that they were wrong with their decision. So, they need to change it. But of course, the Supreme Court will not change their view about this issue. For sure, they made a careful study before they released their decision. It is the problem of the President if he can’t accept it. The public is asking, why P-Noy is still pushing DAP although his administration became controversial because of this? Is it true that the Filipino people are benefiting from it or is it just his allies?

P-Noy Vs. Supreme Court on DAP

                Pres. Benigno Aquino was defending Disbursement Accelaration Program or DAP during his National Address last July 14, 2014. He said that the Supreme Court was really wrong with their decision, when they stated that DAP is unconstitutional. He defended it by saying that it is based on our Constitutition. He also said that this was just a excess or saving fund of the government and they want it to use for emergency like what they did when they used the funds to relocate informal settlers. The President compared DAP to a motorist who is parked in an area which is a no parking zone. Is it wrong, if he don’t follow the rules, if he wants to save lives of other people?

Mines View Park: A Beautiful View Deck in Baguio

                      If you’re in Baguio don’t forget to visit Mines View Park. It is known for its beautiful view deck. From there, you will see the mountainous area of Baguio. The park has a small space, so, it’s so easy to stroll it. The only problem, the park becomes overcrowded. So, you need to wait other people to finish their photo shot beside the deck before you go there also.

NAIA: The Overflowing of a Septic Tank

There is news that the septic tank in Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 was overflowed and its deposits were extended to the road. Overflowing septic tank is very common in every house. But in an airport, this is very rare scenario. What’s the problem, the CR itself because it was already overused or because of lack of proper management? Why they don’t call the service of a siphoning company like Malabanan if they already knew that the septic tank was already full?   At least, it was not exploded like what happened to Glorieta in Makati.

Should Marijuana be Legalized in the Philippines?

          Selling and using marijuana is illegal in the Philippines. They said that it the child smoke the weed; they could be relaxed and ease the attack of that sickness. They considered that the government takes an action to save the lives of epileptic children in the country.

                                  Recto Avenue was named after the late legendary politician Claro M. Recto.This is one of the most busiest and crowded place in Manila. Of course, there is a LRT station here and this is also known as the university belt because there are many universities founded here like FEU, UE, STI and many more. Aside from that, there are many business establishment here from big to small entrepreneurs. Like in Quaipo there are also many sellers of pirated DVD’s, fruits and many more.
